Meet The Staff

Anna has been with Dr. McDonald for twenty-five years with experience as a surgical assistant and in front desk operations.  She is very knowledgable about all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery and and is an asset to the practice.  Anna is bilingual (Spanish)!

Joann is a Registered Dental Assistant with twenty-four years of oral surgery experience.  She has worked alongside Dr. McDonald for the majority of her professional career and is currently the Surgical Lead.  Dr. McDonald takes pride in having experienced surgical assistants and Joann is one of the best!  Joann is bilingual (proficient in Japanese)!

Laila is a Registered Dental Assistant with 11 years of oral and maxillofacial surgical experience.  She joined Dr. McDonald in 2021.  Her experience, knowledge, and patient care has been a welcomed addition to the surgical team!  As an added bonus, Laila is trilingual (Fluent in French and Arabic)!

Kristine (not photographed yet!), our Treatment Coordinator, is the newest addition to the team as of 2023.  She will be an asset for patient coordination, billing, and patient insurance questions.
